Dr. Wiesendahl covers the entire spectrum of activities from a public-legal point of view. In many cases he works project-oriented. Often his clients ask him to assess the current situation of a plant from a public-legal perspective. Taking this assessment as a starting point, he and his clients are then able to explore expansion potentials and maneuver room allowing the clients to achieve their goals, e.g. by drafting and filing necessary licensing documents and instigating as well as supporting administrative procedures.
