The aim of the seminar is to give you a comprehensive overview of the safe treatment and final disposal of radioactive waste. Using the Konrad repository as an example, the processes and responsibilities in the final disposal procedure will be explained to you. Conditioning procedures in practice, their process qualification and the requirements of the product control procedure for the qualification of radioactive waste are dealt with in detail. The consideration of substances hazardous to water in radioactive waste plays a special role here.
